We are so over whelmed to share with you all, about our 1st achievement with IPay!
Last Tuesday, we booked the first bus ticket through IPay. It was a very nice and pleasant experience just like a typical indian movie sequence.
In the morning we got a call at the CSR Desk regarding a bus booking request. The customer wanted to go from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. Initially there was some communication problem with the customer, so the ICP (Retail outlet owner) also jumped into it to help out in booking the ticket.
We offered the best price ticket using our unique LCR methodology to the customer. Being our first customer we did not charge him anything, and from our side we offered him the ticket of Rs 500.
Our VP (Operations) Mr. Ajay, and VP (Business Development) Mr. Sravan, along with our CEO Mr. Krishna visited the ICP outlet and personally handed over the ticket to the customer.
Then around 8 o’clock the customer called up and said that he had recieved the SMS from the bus operator stating that his seat number is 42 but our customer had booked seat number 8 with IPay. We at IPay have a strong belief in customer satisfaction and service delivery. Therefore our management team felt the pain of the customer and instantly became proactive to look into the matter. They called the Bus Operator’s office and enquired about the situation and why was it done? After enquiring they came to know that the Non A/C bus that was booked through IPay got cancelled and the customer had been upgraded to an A/C bus.
The Management team was convinced but still personally went to the pick-up point to check whether the operator was telling the truth or not. At 10:30 when they reached the pick-up point, the customer was silent and didnt react, but when the bus came finally at 10:45, there was a smile on the customer’s face, and by observing the customer’s satisfaction the Management team were relaxed. The customer was happy to get the A/C bus at the cost of the Non A/C. Before boarding the bus he greeted IPay and the management team “ALL THE BEST”.

1. What we created is not important. How well we developed as per the customer requirement is more important.
2. Innovation only happens when someone demands extraordinary and impossible. Whatever earlier impossible is now possible because of the innovation.
3. What is true Success : Building a product as per customer needs is long term success. Selling a product what you built is short term success.
4. Challenges: Challenges can bring best results out of everyone. If you are not ready to take challenges then your not different.
Finally, Our success truly depends on our innovation and acceptance of challenges.
