Still Paying for Recharge? Now not any more

We at IPay have come up with a unique concept of making all prepaid mobile recharges free for end customer. After studying market during our Beta live testing in which we made around 600+ Retailers, our leadership came up with a unique concept of giving free recharge.

In this concept when customers comes for a recharge to IPay Cash Point (Retailer), After entering details on tablet , we will show some ecommerce product on buying which the recharge will become free. These product are selected in such a way that customer usually uses and won’t hesitate to buy upfront.

We have created e commerce product packages for nearly every denominations which we regularly update. So whenever a customer comes for a recharge, they can make it free by buying one of the e commerce package associated with the denomination.

We are also making catalogue for packages for easy visibility to customer. This will help customer in choosing the packages and make their choice. In order to assist the customer, we have created a option of claim later. In this if customer does not have sufficient money, they can still choose the package of his choice and pay only for the recharge. Later within 48 hrs they can come to the store and claim the product by paying rest of the money.

We at IPay believe that this is going to revolutionise E commerce and change the way people see it. We are creating value for both retailer and customer.

What do you think isn’t this creating a Win Win scenario for both retailer and customer. Retailer is able to sell two thing at the same time and he doesn’t need to maintain any inventory for e-commerce product. Customer gets free recharge just by buying normal e-commerce products which he can use in day to day life.

Desired Experience:
• Experience in working at Recharge & Electronic Payment services
• Responsible for Business Development in the assigned territory
• Managing Outlets to help them to deliver & outperform

• Plan & implement Distribution Infrastructure for market coverage

Required Experience:
• 2 to 6 years as front line Manager with FMCG Company in E Recharge .E Bill products/allied.
• Graduate with Sales experience will be preferred. In dept knowledge of market, ability to understand & assess the market potential and take appropriate action.
• Decent Oral, written and interpersonal communication skills(Telugu is must
• Willing to travel extensively

Eductional Qualification:

Graduates or in exceptional cases Intermediate
Candidates fron FMCG Prepaid Recharge / E-Bill Payment / Card Processing Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

# Lead Dev/ Marketing/ Branding/ Alliance/ Distribution/Franchisee
# Recruit/Lead diverse functions and vendors/Distributors
# Create framework and recruit staff to help Distributors/Franchisees to strengthen their territory.
# Educate franchisee/Distributors about operational procedures.
# Manage Costs, Profits while Scaling the business rapidly

“I wouldn’t change anything. I think that it’s important to let things happen, and stay ‘happened’. I think that’s all part of the learning curve, part of fate. I’m just glad that it happened.”

Somethings in life comes so suddenly that you cant believe what happened, same was my case with IPay. On meeting the inspirational leader and mentor like Mr Krishna Lakamsani and listening his vision of doing something for the commoners, my inner voice told me that this is the company and leader you always wanted to work for and do something different.

I have seen IPay grow from an infant to grown baby who has started crawling and inventing new ways to explore the world. Coming to work at IPay is like coming to home and meeting family members and discussing different problems and trying to solve it at the end of the day.

Today after completing 6 months at IPay, I can proudly say that i am part of this budding organization. This short journey till now was full of learning many new things and overcoming different challenges. This learning curve and inspirations from all the engmatic leaders and supporting team members at IPay has given me a path to transform my normal career into a fun filled, enjoyable and rewarding career.
